We are excited to announce the successful deployment of Bot Blocker 2.0 with several of our customers. Yofi Bot Blocker 1.0 prevented 100s of millions of bots, but this latest version offers enhanced control for brands, bot prevention, and customer experience is optimized.

The new Bot Blocker provides a seamless customer experience by integrating and customizing into your existing site, while enhancing control and detection of bots. We are using a separate page, brandname.yofi.ai, that helps protect and eliminate any API loopholes exploited by bots on Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Through this separate page, we are able to quickly and securely assign risk scores and progress legitimate customers to the checkout page to purchase the item. 

Within the Yofi Portal, we have several configuration options, like setting different quotas for specific sizes and variations. Lastly, we have analytics capabilities that provide real-time metrics and track the impact of the release and protection, including number of bots prevented, new customers acquired, retention rates for new customers, and lifetime value attribution for release winners.
